We know that this is a scary and unpredictable time, and to this end, we want to do everything possible to prevent exposure and keep you and our employees safe.
Please review the following to ensure that we all avoid unnecessary contact and exposure.
Communicating with our employees:
- Use email and phone to communicate with our employees.
- If an in-person meeting is absolutely necessary, please schedule the meeting with Marta at marta@siscoservices.com in advance, to avoid unannounced or unplanned meetings, which make it hard to plan for everyone’s safety. All attendees at the meeting must wear face coverings, gloves and stand at least 12 feet apart. Nothing will be passed between attendees, so please do not bring anything to hand to us. No exceptions!
Documents and/or payment:
- Payment should be made electronically via our invoice. Documents should be submitted via email. Please do not bring documents or payment to us in person, especially unannounced. If you must pay via check or deliver a hard-copy document, please mail it. Please do not leave documents or payment in our equipment or on the job site.
While at your job site:
- Sisco Services employees will avoid interacting or coming close to other people, will wear a mask and gloves. We will also wash/sanitize hands often. All equipment and machines will be cleaned between use and at the end of the day.
- Each job site will have a maximum of two Sisco Services employees.
- We are also limited in the scope of our work, based on the Governor’s executive order, and thus, generally can only continue with your project if it is considered an “emergency.”
- If any of our employees have any cold or flu-like symptoms, or if we have been in contact with someone with cold or flu like symptoms or a positive COVID diagnosis, we will stay home and reschedule your project.
If you are sick:
- If you have any cold or flu-like symptoms, or if you have been in contact with someone with cold or flu like symptoms or a positive COVID diagnosis, please stay home. Our employees will be doing the same!
Be safe and be well!
